Please note that the Santa Milana handling time is generally 24-48hrs, this is solely reflective of the preparation & dispatch of your order. A notification will be sent once your parcel has been picked up for delivery.

Our delivery estimates are just that – estimates. They’re there to help you get an idea on what day and time your orders will be picked up and dropped off, to give you peace of mind. We always do our very best to have your parcel delivered as soon as possible, however once the parcels are with the courier service and out of our hands, we do not have full control over the delivery. If you experience any problems with delivery time frames, please contact us to assist you find a solution.

Should you require express delivery, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We would love to send your gift internationally however we cannot ship any gifts containing alcohol overseas. Please contact us directly with your choice of gifts and the destination and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote.

INCORRECT ADDRESS  OR RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or the driver deemed it unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options. Please note a re-delivery will be charged to deliver again.

HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

If you’ve shopped for a special someone and selected a Gift Box…. it will be delivered immaculately dressed in true Santa Milana style! Each parcel arrives with our signature gift wrap. A thick, magnetic, matte white, laminated gift box wrapped with satin ribbon and your choice of a bow or wax seal. Santa Milana offers a FREE gift card (5 special occasions to choose from), don’t forget to select your card and tell us your gift message at checkout.

Less waste is ace, so we’d love for you to re-use or re-gift your Gift Box otherwise they are 100% recyclable when the magnets are removed.

The purchase receipt WILL NOT be delivered with the gift- it will be emailed to you, the purchaser.

We securely pack every Gift Box into a mailer box to prevent it from getting damaged.

If you’ve shopped at Santa Milana for you or simply don’t require a gift box, depending on the items ordered we will endeavour to wrap your items and securely package them in a padded mailer envelope or mailer box.

FOR THE SUPER ORGANISED SHOPPERS

If you’ve ordered your gift early and are concerned your bestie will receive it  before their birthday or special occasion, we can place a Santa Milana sticker on the mailer box that states “Please open on…….”. Make sure to let us know in the special instruction box at checkout if you would like this sticker placed on your parcel along with the requested open date.

ALCOHOL PURCHASE & DELIVERY

We cannot ship alcohol internationally.

In Australia it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and illegal for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol. When shopping at Santa Milana please ensure that you (the purchaser) and the recipient of your gift are aged over 18 years.

Please note, we will not ship gifts that contain alcohol to all locations in the Northern Territory, Western Australian Postcodes 6798-6799 and Queensland Postcodes 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4876 as it is legally not permitted.

The gift purchase and delivery must adhere to the above rules. If it does not, or we deem the order delivery to be inappropriate we will notify you, cancel and refund your order as soon as possible.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final; we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

Should your gift arrive not as ordered or with fault, we will happily process a refund or exchange in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Please send us your request through the contact form.
